I'm a sucker for a naughty pet!
My first pet was a pigeon that I basically raised since they was a little featherless peep. I also thought them to fly! I was 12 years old. Since then, I have worked as a professional pet sitter in Long Beach, CA with a small company (shout out Happy Tails to You) and for Wag! (another app). I have experience working with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. I try to adjust to each pet's personalities. I also adjust to each pet parent's preference and do not mind reading and following your step-by-step instruction for taking care of your pet. I actually prefer a manual as there no one who knows your pet more than you! When I am not dog sitting, I am working with adults and kids with developmental disabilities as a behavior consultant. AND when I am not working, I am hanging out my two cats and dog!

Safety, trust & environment
When I am in your home, whatever instructions you provide, I will follow. The more details the better, as no one knows your pets more than you. I also try to work with your pet's personality and needs. I don't mind looking after pets with special needs or need extra care.

Nolvia is great with dogs. Both active and elderly, the dogs got close with her right away. As they say dog can always sense a dog a lover and I believe they definitely saw that in her.

Xris has taken care of my two cats for the past few years now. I can always count on her to provide them with the best care and attention while I’m away. She follows instructions to the T, sends the best update pictures, and informs me of anything outside of the norm. You can truly tell she loves animals. As a pet parent I am so thankful!

Schedule
I am available early mornings (before 9am), afternoons (after 2pm), evenings, and weekends. I work a part-time job that is flexible with my schedule (I work on-site and remotely).
