Dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and have owned dogs throughout my life, giving me years of hands-on experience caring for different breeds, personalities, ages, and needs. My passion for animals extends beyond my own pets. I regularly volunteer with local animal shelters and have fostered numerous Basset Hounds through rescue centres, helping them transition from rescue life into loving forever homes. These experiences have taught me how to care for dogs with a wide range of temperaments, including nervous, senior, rescue, and high-energy dogs. I understand that every dog is unique, and I take the time to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care.

Nolene and her family are such lovely, warm and genuine people. They all have a wonderfully gentle and loving way with animals and genuinely adore having them around. They have a beautiful, welcoming home with plenty of safe space for animals to relax, roam and feel completely at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Nolene and her family to care for a much-loved pet — they would be treated as one of the family.
Nolene is brilliant, her home, garden, facilities and family are the ideal place for my saint bernard to be when I am not around. She genuinely loves to be around animals and cares for them all like they deserve to be cared for. Bernie makes himself at home as soon as he walks through the gate.

Schedule
I work from home full-time, which means your dog will have constant companionship, supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day. They're never left alone for long periods and can enjoy a relaxed family environment. Our home is filled with animal lovers. I have two kind and respectful children who adore dogs and enjoy helping to give plenty of love and attention to our furry visitors. I also have chickens, ducks, a bunny, and a cat, making our home a place where animals are truly part of the family.

I have a fenced yard. The yard is very large, loads of room to run around and to explore with my two golden retriever girls.

A typical day
A fun day with a dog is full of wagging tails, exciting walks, and plenty of playtime! From chasing balls and sniffing every interesting scent on a walk to enjoying belly rubs, treats, and cosy afternoon cuddles and naps, there's never a dull moment.
