Nola has cared for our two cats since 2017. Nine years, dozens of bookings, and the only reason we're stopping is that we moved out of state. If that alone doesn't tell you everything, here's the rest. Our shy cat, who used to hide from everyone, now greets Nola at the front door. That transformation happened through years of patience, gentleness, and genuinely loving attention. Every visit came with a thoughtful note and photos, litter scooped, fountains refreshed, food routines followed exactly, and the little quirks of each cat remembered and respected while taking care of the house while we are away. Beyond the care itself: Nola is the sitter you can build a life around. She flexed her schedule for our emergencies, covered us when travel plans went sideways, and never once in nine years gave us a reason to worry while we were away. We handed her our keys and our fur babies through job changes, family trips, and everything in between, with total peace of mind. If you're lucky enough to find Nola available, book her. She just finished another round of visits over the July 4th weekend and the week leading up to it, and once again, she was amazing. She always goes above and beyond — thoughtful updates with pics, little stories about Peanut and Donut’s antics, and just this overall sense of genuine care. She notices everything, picks up on the kitties’ moods, and handles even the small stuff - like bringing in a package from outside without us even asking. It’s the kind of attention that makes us feel totally at ease while we’re away. We always come home to happy kitties, clean litter, fresh water cups, and a sense that everything was truly taken care of. It’s a huge relief to be able to travel and not have to worry for a second. Amazing communication, care, and trust.

Nola was incredibly thorough and kept me very updated on my senior Jack Russell Terrier. She managed his insulin injections and routine handily. My home was just as I left it, and it gave me such peace of mind having her stay with Leo! Will hire her again!

Nola has been the only person we have ever trusted our kitties with for years. She is the kindest and the sweetest person ever and always goes the extra mile. Sge writes us the most thoughtful summaries and sends us photos so that we be at easy while we are away and traveling. Her genuine care and trust is the best thing we can ever ask for, and we have one less thing to worry about when she is here for our kitties.
