Hi! I’m Noemie – a passionate traveler and animal lover. I’ve been vegan for over 8 years because I deeply care about the planet, its ecosystems, and all living creatures. When it comes to house and pet sitting, I always go above and beyond. While I’m not regularly on this platform, I bring a wealth of experience from various parts of the world. Over a two-year period, I cared for guests’ pets at the pet-friendly hotel where I worked in Jasper, Alberta, while they were off skiing or hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I’ve also lived for two months at an animal sanctuary in Costa Rica, where I looked after rescued farm animals like pigs, goats, horses, chickens, as well as dogs and cats. During my year-long van trip across New Zealand, I continued pet sitting — caring for cats, dogs, and even a hedgehog! I’m comfortable with animals of all ages, breeds, energy levels, and special needs. Whether your pet is high-maintenance or prefers a quieter pace, they’ll be my top priority — and I promise they’ll have a great time with me. I love pet sitting because it gives me the chance to spend quality time with animals, which I miss when I’m not traveling. I enjoy discovering new places and getting to live like a local while caring for someone’s home and furry companions. All of my past experiences have been incredibly positive. Noemie est une véritable perle :) Elle s'est super bien occupée de mon petit Milo qui a seulement 6 mois, il est revenu à la maison épuisé! Elle m'a aussi envoyée plusieurs photos et vidéos tout au long de la journée qui m'ont beaucoup rassurée puisque c'était la 1ere fois pour Milo et moi. Milo l'a adorée! Nous reviendrons c'est certain :)

We had met Noemie as a pet sitter for our two pointer dogs that was provided at one of the hotels we used to stay at on a regular basis. She asked us if she could take them on mini hikes which we much appreciated while we were skiing. The dogs loved her and we planned our weekends when she was available to look after them. One of my dogs was starting to show hip problems and she was kind and patient with him. We were very sad when we heard she was moving on to pursue her dreams. I would highly recommend her to look after your pets as she treats them like her own. She is THE best dog-sitter we ever had.

Schedule
I’m currently working full time from 6am-2pm. So I’m available for afternoon walks or visiting your fur-friend at their home until evening. Also, I’m free the whole weekend :)

Safety, trust & environment
I am willing to take your dog at his usual dog park or just for a walk, whatever it’s best for him/her. My place is clean and safe for your pet, I’m living by myself so there is no animals/child in a non-smoking place.
A typical day
I take them to dog parks where they can meet other dogs, socialize and exercise. I’m not the kind of person who sits on the bench, I actually run inside the dog park up to two hours.
