Pet care experience

Trained in dog behavior

Previously employed with the Wisconsin Humane Society where we are trained in dog and cat behavior and body language. We practiced only positive reinforcement training. My family has fostered puppies for the past 5 years so I have a lot of experience with young dogs as well as dogs with behavioral issues. I have 2 cats and know a lot about cat body language as well.

Safety, trust & environment

I will be dedicated to your pet. I practice positive reinforcement training with dogs and will respect your cat’s boundaries. I believe a tired dog is a good dog and will be sure to take your dog for plenty of walks even in less than ideal weather (safety first of course).

Noelle was excellent, our dogs were so lucky to have her! We had minimal cell phone service while we were gone but when we did finally have some to check on everything she responded quickly to let us know everything was going well! We can't wait to have her stay with our dogs when we are gone again in the future.

Over all I am very disappointed in the manner my fur babies were attended to, I had left all instructions in detail by times and order on how and what my fur babies were use to and apparently she did not follow them because she was not getting up at the time instructed causing my babies to have accidents in there kennel and over there bedding and all she did was put a new dry sheet on top didn't bother cleaning or throwing soiled bedding out. Also I asked her to please mix a bit of wet food with there kibble to get them to eat because they were not eating due to separation anxiety and she didn't do that either the can I left for them is the one I found when I got home. My fur babies room smelled so bad like urine, my dogs were thin and depressed. I had cleaned my house before leaving and when I got home my house smelled like a dog kennel my couch was filthy full of floor dust and hair like if she was letting dogs on it or getting on them with filthy feet, my stove was left dirty, my coffee maker was left used and dirty my decorative towels from the kitchen were used left dirty, my sink was left with old food in the drain, in the bathroom things were move off of the shelf, towels pulled out excessively like if she had someone else there with her. I also had my camera's disconnected one I brought it to her attention that I was keeping tabs on her and was not happy on how she was attending my babies she also decided to move my curtains and leave them open

Noelle is a wonderful pet sitter. She really loves animals and we were very confident leaving our beloved pets with her.
