Your pet will have a continual companionship with me throughout their stay. I am here to be what they need, whether that is high energy or a comforting presence. During their stay I can mirror their routines at home to keep it familiar. They will: enjoy nature walks, tasty enrichment, indoor/outdoor activities and quality time. I will send pupdates daily, sharing their experience and overall wellbeing. I believe our pets are our family and will be treated with the adoration and care they deserve. WHAT TO BRING?- Please bring food for the duration, medications (if indicated) and their personal items they enjoy, we can provide the rest. I am experienced in veterinary oral/injectable medications. MY HOME- FUR SEASONS HOTEL 🌿 My husband and I own a charming home in Puyallup on 1/3 of an acre. We are located at the mouth of a trailhead for exploring and have a large, fenced backyard for safe running around. My home is secure, clean, air-conditioned, and smoke-free. It is not crowded and offers spacious accommodations. There are 4 functional levels to our home, featuring 3 large living spaces, and a sunroom with giant lookout windows. Soft beds, blankets (if they prefer couches) are provided for your pup to lounge, and sleep. I don't typically crate, I encourage them to feel at home. If they like their crate or need to keep up on training let me know. I maintain a calm, and comfortable environment for your pet to reside for the time you are away. I care about meaningful details, such as- fresh bedding, clean toys, filtered water and bowls washed after meals. I have two sweet well-socialized dogs, Tank (senior boxer) and Rose (adult shepherd) who can be introduced to your dog one at a time for supervised playtime, or not if yours would prefer personal space. My husband and I have no children, and we are both animal enthusiasts. Normally we have our hands in a home project, or we’re out walking with the dogs on the trail. Professionally and personally, animals are a part of my life, and I will offer the best care to yours! COMMITMENT TO SAFETY: It is important to me that my clients feel confidence when they are away. I take every precaution when considering the individual care necessary for your pet(s). • I do not host in high volume, in commitment to safety and quality. • I may use management gates as needed, in consideration for size, personality and age differences. •Positive reward/praise is used to reinforce good behavior, and redirection for unwanted behaviors. •I am a responsible dog walker; no hot pavement walks, aware of brachycephalic breed limitations/risks, I protect the dog I’m walking and choose the quieter path. •Outdoor time is always supervised. •Meals are supervised. •Interactions with my fur babies are always supervised. •I monitor their health, mood and behavior around the clock. •I am sensitive to their needs, and attend to them with joy!! ARRIVING- Please kindly provide your ETA, when you leave your home. When you arrive, please use a leash and avoid the flowers. Thank you. Meet and greets are unavailable with my pets. Once your fur baby is with me, we will do slow individual introductions *if approved, and after some time has passed. Most pets need a moment to settle in and I would love to honor that. 🩷 Things to note: If you would like a meet and greet with me, please inquire by message. I leave it as optional and up to the clients discretion. I’m always happy to schedule an appointment at my residence, or do a video call! I am unable to host: -Dogs that mark indoors chronically. Seniors and young puppies exempt. Also, accidents can happen when there is a change in environment which I understand completely. Chronically means it happens in your home too. -Dogs that show aggression towards humans. -Sick dogs that have transmissible disease like Giardia, Kennel cough etc. Your pet must be up to date on their core vaccines, and not showing any signs of illness please. Please note that Rabies Vx is required by law in Washington.
