Noelle was timely, caring, attentive. She knew how to control my Lucy while walking and gave advice on how to proceed with her. Both Joey and Lucy were extremely open to her attention. Would rehire.

Seemed to be great with my dog, but was never on time or just wouldn’t show up. On two separate occasions she just didn’t show and didn’t text/call to let me know she wasn’t coming.. leaving my dog by herself at the house for 11 hours while I was working. I tried to be as flexible as possible giving her a 4 hour window to complete a 30 min walk. I did this bc she was never on time and tried to give her the benefit by saying she could come earlier if need be. She took this as an opportunity to continue to come later. After being very clear with the time frame, she still could not abide by the terms set. Also, the meet and greet was really weird. I told her my dog wasn’t spade yet and she brought her dog (who was not fixed) with her anyways. He proceeded to try and mount my dog the entire meet and greet until I couldn’t take it anymore and left.

Walker is a pleasant person, but she did not ask my permission before taking my dog in her car with her kids. This was not something I was comfortable with, so I did not feel like she was the right fit for the dog-walking services I requested.
