I work from home ~2 days per week and when house sitting will remain with your pet during the day. I generally do long walks in the mornings before work and after. Dog walks or short visits during the day can be arranged as long as they are done so well in advance.

Safety, trust & environment
I have two relatively high energy dogs who need a lot of attention. Generally, I take them to an open fenced in space in the mornings to play fetch then go for a walk. We then go for a shorter walk in the evenings. We have a small fenced garden that we let them out in to do their business when they need to 2-3 times per day. As our dogs have gotten older and more mellow/better behaved we've relaxed a number of rules such going on furniture or sleeping in our room at night.
Information Noah G. would like to know about your pet
It is important that I know the temperament of your dog(s), how well they interact with other people/kids, dogs, and if there are any behavioral issues to be aware of (separation anxiety, on-leash reactivity, etc.). Dogs have personalities and I think the more one knows the easier it is to keep them safe and happy!
A typical day
The dogs I care for go on regular walks. I particularly like to do a solid early morning walk in the park where we can also fit in some play time if that is what the furry gal/guy needs. While naps are good, it is important to get some quality stimulation in during the day so I take regular breaks to play tug or fetch or set up a game of 'Find the treats'.

Pet care experience
I've lived most of my life with dogs and cats in addition to sundry other animals from tortoises to tarantulas. I am particularly fond of all dogs which is why my wife and I have fostered nearly a dozen rescue and foster dogs/puppies over the last 8 years. Along with raising two high energy Australian shepherds from puppies, I have had plenty of experience handling medium to large size dogs that can be reactive or fearful under certain situations or are simply a handful. Having worked with a lot of dogs I know they all have their own unique personalities and challenges and understand the importance of flexibly adjusting care strategies.
Reviews

Noah was great staying with our pup. I appreciated the daily updates and clean house when we got home.

Noah arrived on time and kept us updated with pics, would use Noah again for pet sitting!

Our dog said she loved him

Noah was super chilled and worked really with Justin. We have already booked our next sitting so we can get out and see family.
