Your pup's safety and comfort are my top priorities! I have one very dog-friendly dog, Ollie, and live alone in a one-bedroom apartment, so I can easily separate dogs if needed. We're also just a short walk from Prospect Park for plenty of exercise and enrichment. In your home, I'll stick to your pup's normal routine, including walks, meals, medications, playtime, and lots of love and attention so they feel comfortable while you're away.

I'd also love to know about your pup's personality, training cues, comfort level around other dogs, people, kids, or men, any reactivity or aggression, and whether they need booties, jackets, or any other gear for walks. The more I know, the better I can make sure your pup feels safe, comfortable, and has a great time!
A typical day
A typical day includes walks in Prospect Park, playtime, enrichment, and dog beach adventures for pups who love to swim. On hot days, we take plenty of water breaks and keep outdoor time safe and enjoyable, with lots of love and attention throughout the day.

Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for pups of all ages—from energetic puppies to sweet senior dogs. I share my home with Ollie, my friendly and active 11-year-old Cocker Spaniel mix, who loves making new dog friends. I previously worked as a veterinary technician and am Fear Free Certified, so I'm comfortable administering medications (including injections), recognizing signs that something isn't quite right, and helping nervous pups feel safe and comfortable. I also have experience with basic training and love reinforcing good manners using positive, reward-based methods. I currently work in the animal health industry, but I missed the hands-on part of caring for dogs, so I'm excited to be back doing what I love! I also owned and operated a dog walking and daycare business in Washington, DC, so whether your baby needs a fun walk, puppy playtime, extra patience for their senior years, or lots of love while you're away, they'll be treated like part of my family!

I have known Nnenna my entire life. Since I can remember, she has always been passionate about animals. She has owned several dogs herself, and has always been a kind and loving dog owner. From going on a casual stroll around the block to a long hike through rock creek, I could find Nnenna and her dog having a great time together. I do not say this lightly, there is not a single person I would trust with my dog more than Nnenna (and I say this as someone who has entrusted my own beloved dog to her before!)
