I’m currently working full time but alternating shift patterns and frequent days off, so I have plenty of time to visit your furry friend and take care of them wether it’s a nice long walk or an indoor play, feed, bathe or a sitter I will always be around and happy to help. My availability is frequent but please do ask in advance so i can ensure I will be there for you consitantly , I can only provide home sitting for 1 night at a time due to working commitments.

I will be providing care for your pets within your home to ensure they are in a comfortable and familiar environment with all of their toys, snacks and necessities right at hand at all times and this will also make it easier for you as no need to bring them anywhere, I can also provide things of my own if requested. If your pet is requiring a walk or will be taken out of your home I can ensure that your pet will be kept safe on a lead and a trusted familiar route and I will always have a water bowl and a ball to chase on me so that this walk is the most fun your dog will have in the day!

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or requirements that I will need to know and account for for example if they need to be kept on a lead and away from other animals or if they interact with other animals well, if they love to play and be fussed over or if they need their own space or if they like peace and quiet or need sound such as telly or a radio, all and any information allows me to provide the best care! I have no preferences with any animals I care for and look after and I will be happy to provide meet and greets to ensure your pet and I will get along great and feel settled before our time together.
A typical day
What does a typical day look like for me and your pet? Well I love to have fun and build a bond, long energetic walks around a lovely environment are my go to along with lots of playtimes, treats and being spoiled. Here in Cumbria there are plenty of beautiful fells, lakes and nature I can show your dog to explore. Your dogs best interest is my priority so I will work the day around your dogs needs!

Hi I’m Niyah, I’m 24 and local in the Cumbria area! Trusting someone new with your beloved pet can be scary, at the end of the day they’re part of the family and a big responsibility, so here’s why I would be a wonderful sitter for your furry friend. First of all I have many fury pets of my own, dogs and cats and I’ve grown up around them, walkies, playing with them and simply having them be my biggest companions. I love to go dog walking on any day and I’m always available if your pet is needing a feed, bathing or letting out, I’ve been trusted by friends and neighbours and now I’d love to meet some pets around my community. I know the importance of your pets physical and mental stimulation and I am spending my time studying animal care to gain knowledge and more experience in what I love !

so Niyah looked after my bulldog boris from time to time while I was working and he used to be a very troublesome little man he loved to run off as soon as he was off the lead to find somewhere to relieve himself and drop some weight if you catch my drift, niyah would always let me know he how got on during the day what he’s eaten where they went and how much he enjoyed it, I’m very thankful that she had been the one to look after him before he unfortunately passed away, I don’t think anyone could have been as patient with his untrained antics as she was.
Where do i start? Niyah has been fantastic with our beloved dog bengie! Bengie becomes so excitable around niyah and was good as good after spending time with her, niyah sent plenty of photos during the day for our peace of mind and bengie couldn’t have looked happier. Thank you niyah!
Niyah absolutely loves animals and she is a very kind and caring individual. She has looked after my pet on many occasions whilst I have been away and has always been very responsible in meeting their needs. She is reliable and punctual also, turning up on time when needed.
Niyah always used to take our dog Lola for a walk when we were both working - all weathers rain or shine! Lola used to get excited every time she saw her, and knew she was in for a fun walk with lots of stick throwing and treats involved :) Niyah is an absolute animal lover, who also looked after our 3 cats if we went on holiday. So much so they would sulk when we returned from holiday! Very trustworthy, and highly recommended.
