I have been a pet sitter for 5 years now, with dozens of clients who frequently teach back out to me to watch their pets again. I have worked as a veterinary assistant as well as a kennel attendant for two summers and have a significant amount of experience caring for pets and their various needs. I have cared for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I also have experience working with reactive dogs insuring that your dog will be fully comfortable with me while you are gone.

I am comfortable working with any sort of home from apartments to fenced in back yards. I am also fully commited to caring for your pets however they are used to being treated. This includes unconventional meal times, specific schedules that need to be followed and more. I also have experience working with animal medication and would be able to give your pet any medications they need.

Nix, Was great with our 3 dogs, especially our very energetic border collie mix who thinks she is a lap dog. The dogs adjusted quickly to having her in our home, which was the 1st time we had a sitter come to our house. She was quick to respond to any questions and sent pictures. We would totally use Nix again in the future.
We are neighbors of Nix' family and she has pet sat for us a few times now over three years when we take family trips and leave the girls home. I do not worry leaving them in Nix' care! She is very loving and the girls love that! She spends nights when we go away and is even willing to sleep in our room, where the dogs normally sleep as well to keep them the most comfortable. Nix is a valuable pet caretaker and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring individual to take care of their fur babies.
Nix does an incredible job caring for our two 90+ pound Bernedoodles, Ruby & Hazel! They absolutely love when Nix comes to spend the weekend with them. Nix is incredibly reliable, dependable, and trustworthy—I never have to worry about a thing when Nix is here taking care of our girls. Nix is dependable, responsive, and great with animals. We have a small hobby farm and three large dogs; subsequently we have a lot of different requirements in terms of animal management. Nix has seamlessly cared for our pets and our farm without any issues on multiple occasions. She communicated any questions or concerns, and was always prompt and considerate. I would recommend Nix for your pet or farm sitting requirements without hesitation. 10/10!

Schedule
I am a student at the University of Hartford, so Monday through Thursday I would be stopping by between classes spending as much time with them as possible. Friday through Sunday I have no classes and so would be able to spend nearly the whole day with your pet.

- Please let me know if your pet is reactive to people covering their heads with hats and such. I wear a hijab and so I might not be a good fit for these dogs. Please let me know your dog's medical information, if there are any conditions I should know of or any medications I'd need to administer. If you know how long your dog is typically okay home alone that'd be very helpful. I'm a college student and so will be coming and going from classes and I always want to make sure your dog is not left alone too long.
