Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced-in yard that is directly accessible from my back door. I have an XL kennel if needed. Baby gates and closed doors keep your pet in a safe, supervised area and my cat’s needs well out of reach. My home has a mix of ceramic tile, hardwood, LVP flooring and a large area rug.

Rita was very kind, highly communicative, and a great problem-solver. My dog had a hiccup (totally on the dog, not Rita) and she was thoughtful and used high levels of discernment to make the day work for us both! I appreciate her so much for this and would highly recommend her!

We had a great experience with Nita! She is reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about our puppy like he was her own. She followed all of our instructions closely, from feeding schedule and short training sessions to monitoring him during chew time, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Our puppy is still learning (especially with potty training and walks), and she was patient and attentive the entire time. We also appreciated the updates and pictures while we were away. It’s not easy trusting someone with your dog, especially when they’re still young and unvaccinated, but she made the whole process stress-free. We would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable, caring dog care.
I've had many opportunities to observe Nita with her own animals, and it's clear she really cares about them. The way she talks to them, pays attention to their needs, and makes sure they feel safe and loved says a lot about the kind of caregiver she is. Nita's pets adore her, and you can tell they trust her and are comfortable in her care. Her patience, gentleness, and sense of responsibility seem to come naturally. Based on what I've seen with her own animals, I have no doubt Nita will bring that same level of compassion and reliability to every pet she sits for, and every dog she walks. I have no pets of my own, but if I did, I would certainly not hesitate to leave them in Nita's care.

Schedule
I’m currently a homemaker with 3 kids (1 in school full time, 1 in half-day school in the mornings, and 1 home all the time with me). I’m available 8:30 am to 10:30 am and 11:00 am to 3:00 pm most week days. I can be fairly flexible with that, so if your needs fall beyond that, please send me a message to see if we can make something work!
