I work part time at an animal rescue, my schedule differs depending on what I have going on, but for the most part it is pretty flexible.

I’ve always dog sat at the “clients home” for a few reasons, I do not have a fenced in yard, while some do and overall the comfort of the pet is most important since I’m a stranger to them.

1. Whether or not they’re reactive to certain things 2. Are they on any medication 3. Do they have a specific routine 4. Anything else that may be relevant
A typical day
Depending on if their owners are comfortable the dog park is a good go too. I don’t mind being caught up in an endless games of fetch either, or endless cuddles. I tend to enjoy driving around a lot so car rides are also on the list. With my personal pets I like to give them puzzles, frozen kongs and sniff mats

I work with Beauties the 12th hour rescue, I’ve learned how to manage a variety of different dogs with different quirks and personalities on top of the sitting experience I’ve gained over the years. I really do just enjoy the company of animals and would love to hang out with some furry friends whenever I have the spare time
