I always will take a bit of extra time before I leave to make sure everything’s secure, nothing’s been left out, and the pet/ pets have what they need before I (or their owner) comes back. I always check fence gates before letting a dog outside. I will always lock the doors, and make sure I don’t step outside without the key, just in case the doorknob is the type that can lock behind you. I always do one last check. Particularly with walks and drop-in visits, dogs spend a good amount of time alone in the home, so I always make sure to give them atleast 15 extra minutes of time love and care. I do a walk through of the area the dog will stay in and check that all trash can lids are locked, no food is on the counters, and that any gates or crates set up are secure.

Information Nina S. would like to know about your pet

Any medical issues, if so are they on medication that needs to be administered? Any possible allergies? Animal aggressive/selective on walks? Is there any special requirements when it comes to handling?

A typical day

I love to stimulate your dogs cats, and pets in general physically and mentally, we'll play a bunch of games, make sure to check out all of the new smells in my neighborhood and explore a big dog park near my house if it's okay with the owners. If not there is big empty fields I could always take them to so they can have a blast.

Pet care experience

Hello, My name is Nina! I have always had a passion for animals and have grown up with them/taken care of them for over 12 years. I have fostered for several different rescues and I absolutely loved taking care of each and every one of the pups, cats and even exotic pets! I am a reliable person who won’t disappoint. I also have a lot of experience with kittens and puppies. I’m the biggest animal lover you’ll meet!! My dream is to have my own dog rescue, but for now this is where I’m starting off, currently a student but working to get there!! I’m very flexible, please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions, I’ll be more than happy to answer them! They’ll feel just at home if being boarded, regardless any and all pets will always be treated like family and you'll always get tons of pictures and updates, and that’s a guarantee ♥️ While dog sitting, being a dog parent I know how nerve racking it can be to trust someone new, not just for you but for the fur babies, so I always make sure to do my best to make them as comfortable and happy as possible and the same for the owners. With that being said I give constant updates, plenty of pictures and if you’d like you can even video chat with your fur babies briefly if you’d like!😊 As far as dog walks , I take pictures and videos, and I am the type of person to spend atleast a few extra minutes with all of my clients to makes sure they're comfortable 🙂 I look forward to speaking with you, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions 😁 Stay safe!

Let me start off by saying, if you are looking for a reliable sitter who will treat your fur babies like their own, you’ve found the right sitter! Nina is a warm loving animal lover who will go the extra mile for you and your pets. Our cats warmed up quickly to her lovely demeanor, she offered to bring them treats, sent pictures of our mail that came in and our home was spotless when we got home! Take note that she looked after them for 17 days! Never once a hiccup, we were able to enjoy our trip knowing that our babies were in good hands. I would highly recommend her, in the future when we decide to travel again, she will be our go to.

Nina was very loving and concerned for our kitties. She provided plenty of pics to put our minds at ease that they were doing well. She communicated any concerns that she had during our time away. We knew our babies were in good hands!

Nina would be the best to watch over animals and it's because of her loving heart she cares for animals like they're her own and because it's in her nature to be so loving and caring about what she does and I wouldn't ask for anyone but her
