Experienced Vet Assistant
Hello, my name is Nina! I am a student studying psychology with prior Veterinary Technician experience and am looking for extra jobs. I have worked with, trained, fostered, and been around animals since I was very young. I am knowledgeable about most all dogs and cats (I have also worked with farm animals, small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates). I am happy to help with maintaining pet health, facilitating exercise, grooming, and training. I am not certified in training but I have trained dogs before. I am also able to train cats, as I have trained my cat to successfully do tricks. I am able to accommodate personal transportation. I love all animals, and would love to work! I would love to gain this experience for my work in the animal behavior field - and I am always in need of a constant supply of animal love!

I do not offer services for bringing pets to my own home as I have my own cats, so I do not want to cause any unnecessary stress for any of them! I will follow any and all directions owners give to me when taking care of their loved pets in their home! Just tell me anything you need done, and I’ve got it!

My cats were amazingly eager to greet Nina when she came to meet us. We felt very good about her care of our cats and would recommend her to others.
We always feel assured when Nina is taking care of our critters. Will continue to book in the future.
Nina was communicative and our cats were happy when we got home. However, the litter boxes were not thoroughly scooped, water dishes were dirty, and dirty bowls left in the sink. Mostly minor issues other than the litter boxes. Might have been better for a short trip rather than a long one.
Nina was super responsive to my messages and very helpful to check on my kitty on a holiday! She also sent me a cute picture to show me he was eating and doing well 😊
Nina did great with my anxious cat over a long weekend. I could tell he was well fed and had a clean litter box, and he communication was great!

Dates de la garde
I am dedicated to providing services to pet owners and their loved ones, and I have a mostly flexible schedule! For house-sitting, I will most likely only be able to visit 2x a day during weekdays and up to 3x a day during weekends.
