Nina was quick and able to watch my dog on a dimes notice! She was very communicative and kind to my pup. :) I’d use her again! I also loved that she would send photos on occasion.

I needed a sitter for a two-night stay for my cat while I attended an event, but unfortunately I had a very negative experience. During the stay, I received only one photo and no meaningful updates about how my cat was doing. When I arrived to pick her up, Nina handed me the litter box, which was full of urine and feces. I had provided a brand-new litter box with fresh litter on Friday, and by the time I returned it was obvious it had not been cleaned. When I expressed concern about the condition of the litter box, Nina told me she had just cleaned it. Based on its condition, I found that difficult to believe. Regardless, handing a customer a visibly dirty litter box to transport home was frustrating and unprofessional. As a cat owner, I know how important a clean litter box is to a cat's health and comfort. If such a basic need was not properly addressed, it raises concerns about what other aspects of care may have been overlooked. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her boarding or pet-sitting services.

I am happy to recommend Nina as a dog sitter. She grew up with a dog and spent many years caring for him with great love, patience, and responsibility. Through that experience, she developed a natural understanding of dogs, their needs, and their behavior. She knows how to provide dogs with attentive and loving care, while also being aware of possible health issues, risks, and situations that may require caution or quick reaction. She is reliable, gentle, observant, and genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. Any dog in her care would receive not only proper attention and safety, but also warmth, affection, and companionship. Nina is an excellent and trustworthy dog sitter.
