Hi, I’m Nina! I am a true animal lover and grew up in a house full of dogs, cats, and a menagerie of pets over the course of my childhood (rats, hamsters, birds, fish, frogs, lizards, turtles, snakes). I have been pet sitting for over a decade, including over 35 stays total with at least 25 different satisfied families and repeat customers. Up until 2023 when I joined Rover, I have just been working off of personal referrals. I have helped with both short and long term stays with 1 or 2 dogs of various breeds and sizes, as well as cats, chickens, birds, reptiles, fish, etc. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs—and everything in between! Past clients would describe me as reliable, respectful, and a great communicator. References happily provided upon request! A bit more about my experience: I cared for 4 families’ dogs while nannying by walking, feeding, petting, and playing with them each day in addition to caring for their child(ren). I also have stopped in and checked on/fed dogs, cats, and reptiles many times. While I have not owned a dog full time by myself, I have had pet rats and used to borrow my mom’s dog frequently for adventures, as well as helping roommates with pets that I have lived with. I attended horse back riding camps and shows in my youth and have cared for horses off and on my whole life, as my sister is a horse owner. I am the first to point out (and probably talk to) any wildlife on a hike! :)
