Hi there! My name is Nina, and I’m excited to offer reliable, caring dog walking and pet sitting services through Rover. I’ve always had a strong passion for animals and hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes. I recently completed an internship at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, where I gained valuable experience working with animals in a professional rescue environment. I’ve also attended a canine sports activities class, which gave me insight into enrichment, exercise, and safe engagement techniques that help dogs stay happy and stimulated. I have personal experience caring for dogs throughout my life, including walking, bathing, and basic grooming such as nail trims. I am comfortable handling small to large breeds and always prioritize safety, patience, and positive interaction. I also recently welcomed a Portuguese Water Dog into my life. Because I focused on her care during her puppy years, I wasn’t actively dog sitting during that time. She has now recently turned 4 years old, and I’m excited to return to offering pet care services again with renewed experience and understanding of canine needs. I recently lost my Vizsla, which deepened my understanding of how much our pets mean to us and strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate care for every dog I work with.
