I currently do not offer petsitting in my own home due to my roommate having a senior dog that becomes disoriented easily. I also feel most animals do best in a setting they are already familiar with. I do my best to follow your routine with them and will follow all instructions regarding walks, potty breaks, medical/special care and dietary needs. I also provide additional in home tasks such as checking mail, watering plants, putting trash/recycling out and bringing in packages. I am respectful of clients homes and will clean any messes that may be created by the animals left in my care.

Most importantly before agreeing to an opportunity to take care of pets, I ask about their typical routine, to make sure I can accommodate as well as any special needs or medication.
A typical day
Depending on the animals and locations, I enjoy walks when the weather is nice, a visit to the local dog park, car rides for pup cups or other treats. I am always up for a game of tug of war or snuggles.

Pet care experience
In my family, we have always had animals and I have always enjoyed caring for them as an animal lover. Becoming a petsitter was a no-brainer! In the course of my jobs/life experience the number of species I am familiar and comfortable with has continued grow! I have had experience with dogs, including young and old, small and large, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, parrots, parakeets, cockatiels, chickens, pigeons, goats, pigs, horses, donkeys, mules, cows, rabbits, snakes (non-venomous), geckos, iguanas, bearded dragons, and more!

Nikole has watched our two dogs on numerous occasions. They are always well cared for, and receive a lot of attention. it’s amazing to be able to go away on vacation and know that I don’t have to worry about that. My pets are being taken care of. I would highly recommend Nikole to take care of your furry family
