I am a lifelong animal lover and owner and have been a reliable caretaker for many friends, neighbors, and colleagues pets over the years. I have experience with dogs and cats of all life stages and with those with special needs, allergies, injuries, and medications. I know how hard it can be to leave your beloved pet in someone else's care so my goal is to provide a safe, fun, and enriching space for your pup while you are away and treat them as if they were my own.

Nikki was great! Quick and friendly communication and flexible with drop off and pickup. You can tell she’s knowledgeable about caring for dogs and has plenty of experience as a sitter. She even gave Zoey some of Walter’s food when I miscounted how much food to pack! Zoey had a great time!
Nikki and Walther took excellent care of our little dog. Nikki sent regular updates throughout the stay, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. I think our dog had a little vacation of his own with Nikki and Walther—and was probably even more spoiled than he is at home! Our usually nervous dog came back calm, relaxed, and happy, which says a lot about the care and attention he received. I would absolutely book with Nikki again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.
Rudy had the best time! Nikki takes such care with her dogs and any of the dogs she watches. Rudy is sensitive and can need a little TLC and she was very understanding and accommodating of him!
Nikki was great! She took great care of Chester and was super responsive. 10/10 we would recommend her!
Nikki was amazing with her care of our elderly dog Coco. She sent daily pics with different outfits and made Coco’s stay a true vacation.

Dates de la garde
I currently work from home and care for my fun-loving and playful 4-year-old miniature schnauzer Walter. Your dog will never be left alone in my home and our typical day is playing with all of his toys and taking walks in our super dog-friendly neighborhood where there are lots of fun sniff spots and environments for enrichment. On the weekends we go for long walks at Discovery Park or Greenlake or any place we can find a fun adventure.

I live in an apartment but I have plenty of space for other dogs along with my miniature schnauzer Walter. I have gates and plenty of extra beds to allow for alone downtime for the pups and for those that need separation for eating or anything else. I have lots of toys to play with and even a ball pit and a sprinkler for those who are interested:) I can gate my front courtyard for some running around but would typically rely on multiple walks throughout the day. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and can sleep in bed with me but I have space for a crate for those who prefer it. I have experience in medication administration, including insulin, and can accommodate any special needs or quirks. I have a car in case of emergencies and know all of the emergency and urgent care Vets in the Seattle area. I am a vigilant dog owner and would be the same for yours.

I love to engage with animals thru play and walks to all the best sniff spots in the neighborhood. I have lots of toys and puzzles to enrich any type of dog and will look for activities that stimulate them based on their breed and life stage. Lots of love and attention can be expected with the hopes of creating a safe and fun environment for your pups stay.
