I’ve joined rover as a sitter because I usually foster dogs and have struggled to find reliable, local sitters and so understand the importance of what is needed when you leave your loved one with a sitter while you are away. Whether it be while you’re at work or on holiday, rest assured your baby will be loved and cared for. I have a small but enclosed garden with 6 foot fencing which is perfect for a run around. I offer a tailored service so we can talk about what best suits your dog when we meet.

A typical day
I do love a big old day hike so if your dog likes a longer walk that’s totally possible but i am just as happy to snuggle and watch a movie with them.

Nikki looked after my first child, Pickle (toy poodle) while I took a trip. Pickle is VERY attached to me so I was worried about leaving her with someone new - it was like she’d known Nikki forever! You can instantly tell Nikki is a ‘dog person’ & a genuinely lovely human. Thanks for looking after Pickle so well Nikki :)
Nikki has helped me with my 3 dogs on many occasions, she is one of the most kind and caring humans ever, my dogs love her almost as much as they love me. Of course when considering a pet sitter trust is paramount, I trust Nikki completely and can vouch for her, she is a lovely person. Nikki is very committed to making sure all dogs needs are met, my dogs have different needs, different medications and different personalities. Nikki didn’t need things explaining twice and was more than capable of carrying out all the necessary tasks. Nikki gave my older lady Winnie extra cuddles because she needs them, she won Winnie over instantly, she is not an easy dog to win over so that really spoke volumes to me. I can’t recommend Nikki enough, she has been an invaluable help and your pets will thank you too :)
Nikki looks after our bulldog Norma regularly. Norma is a very complex dog with serious allergens, is on a special diet and has daily medication. Nikki is very accommodating to all her needs. Nikki is clearly a dog person & Norma is always so excited to see Nikki. Nikki has had Norma boarding at her house as well as our home and takes her for walks. We trust Nikki with our Norma and will continue to use Nikki. We recommend Nikki 💯.
