Safety, trust & environment
Safety and security are paramount for me in the care of your pets and home. I defer to your preferences, in terms of the method of transfer for keys at the start and end of assignments (e.g., via passcode-protected lockbox, in-person pickup, etc.) as well as all other aspects of keeping your home and pets secure. I would be happy to meet with you at your convenience in advance of the assignment to build trust and go over all procedures thoroughly together. I look forward to working with you!

Nikki did a great job taking care of my cats and keeping them entertained while I was gone.
Nikki is a lovely person and a true cat whisperer. She took care of my car Sylvie and stayed at my apartment for 4 nights. She sent regular photos and updates and Sylvie seemed very comfortable, she even slept on the bed with her which never happens with strangers. Nikki was kind and even put up with my building's water shut-off without a complaint. Thanks so much, Nikki.
Nikki was a fantastic Rover! She responded quickly on a last minute emergency booking and was responsive the entire duration of house sitting. She was attentive to specific details and medication and sent pics of my cat everyday. Would recommend her.
When I got home from my 11-day trip, I noticed the cats’ water bowl was empty. When I refilled it, Mulberry, who eats less wet food, drank for a long time, used the litter box three times in an hour, and was excessively grooming herself, including her genital area. She also had a sore and dried blood on her chin. I asked Nikki about the water bowl situation, and she said she forgot and sincerely apologized. I really appreciate her honesty since it helped me assess the cats’ state of health. At the same time, basic needs like water are non-negotiable. My other cat Goji had a bald spot with a strange sore or scab on the side of her face, and her coat was noticeably thinner. Given their physical states and how Mulberry was acting even after getting water, I can’t imagine they were behaving normally during the stay. Yet Nikki sent reassuring updates and pictures saying everything was as it should be, and I had trusted those updates. I’m disappointed since I have worked with Nikki multiple times before and always thought she was responsive and did a great job, but I can’t overlook this lapse in care. I’m sad and worried about what happened.

Schedule
I’m a Ph.D. student at the University of West Georgia. The vast majority of my classes on campus are on Wednesdays, but even on that day, I have breaks to ensure that your pets are lovingly taken care of.
