We are Nikki & Rhys, partners who specialise in friendly, reliable and professional cat sitting. We have both grown up with cats, sharing 3 of our own; Bailey, Zoe & Rosa. Caring for cats comes naturally to us. We understand how important it is for you to find someone you can truly trust. Since we started, we’ve cared for a range of breeds and personalities, from Domestic Shorthairs, to Maine Coons and Oriental Shorthairs. We’re comfortable with all types of personalities, shy cats who prefer their own space, playful kittens, senior cats and those who crave your attention from the moment you walk through the door. We always take the time learn each cat’s routine so that they and you can feel relaxed while you are away. We offer a free Meet & Greet for every new client which gives you an opportunity to meet us and talk through their individualities, as well as your cat to familiarise themselves with us. We can answer any concerns or queries you may have. We always want to provide the best care. We always ensure we are spending quality time with your cats, offering companionship, playtime, feeding & fresh water, fresh litter changes and lots of fuss. We will keep you well informed with frequent updates and photos so you have that peace of mind knowing that your cats are happy and well looked after.

Safety, trust & environment
Depending on whether your cat is an indoor cat or outdoor, we can provide slightly different care to cater to their needs. If indoor, we will happily clean and change their litter tray. If outdoor, they must have access to a cat flap so they can enter or exit when they please. All cats will receive lots of love and attention and playtime!

We cannot recommend Nikki and Rhys enough! They looked after our cat Eric while we were away for nearly t 3 weeks and they were absolutely amazing. Eric is quite a shy cat, but they were so patient with him and we loved receiving photos and updates every day (although some of the photos were rather embarrassing... apparently our “shy” Eric became ridiculously affectionate and absolutely loved them!). Just before we went away, Eric unexpectedly needed a little extra care, and Nikki and Rhys were so kind and flexible about it. It really helped us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing he was in such good hands. We came home to a very happy Eric. We are so glad we found Nikki and Rhys and will definitely be asking them to look after him again. Thank you both so much! ❤️
It was our first time using this service while traveling abroad. At first, it seemed scary leaving our cat and house with strangers, but Nikki made it so easy. She was a quick communicator, showed plenty of experience, and was responsible and reliable with everything she committed to. She never forgot to update us, which made it easy to relax knowing our cat (and fish) were in good hands. We would have her back
Nikki and Rhys did a great job caring for my cats and provided lovely photos and updates every day. The photos were far better than I ever manage to get of my cats! They really set my mind at ease and it was great to know they were looking after my cats while I was away.

Nikki has fed the cats a couple of times for us recently. I’ve been happy with the service- friendly when we met, came at the times we agreed, updated about which cats said hello to her and which was nowhere to be seen and my home was left just as tidy as when we left. She even dealt with the ‘gift’ one of the cats brought in.
Nikki was absolutely amazing and coffee loved seeing her each day. The photos were always sent quickly and showed coffee having a great time. We will definitely be booking Nikki again next time we go away

Schedule
Our availability is mainly evening visits (between 5pm-9pm). Morning visits can be requested during weekends and bank holidays (between 9am-11am). We offer drop-in visits only and each visit is between 20-30 minutes long dependant on their interaction levels. One-time or recurring bookings welcome.
- CatsNikki can host up to 4 drop-ins per day
- During the meet & greet, we kindly ask you fill out a paper form that tells us some more information about you and your cats so that we can provide the best care. This includes basic info about you and your cats, vet details, emergency contact details, and any additional information unique to your cat that is important we know.
