I have been surrounded by animals my entire life. I am an only child, so I grew up imagining my cats and dogs were my siblings. In adulthood, I have taken care of my own pets for the past 15 years. I am never without a small brood of animals. If you ever saw me walking my dogs, you’d notice a few felines traipsing behind us. My cats simply refuse to be excluded from any adventures. My love for animals has now extended into rescuing and fostering various types of different creatures. While attending college in Brooklyn, New York, I found and rescued a former fighting pitbull from horrible circumstances. He was blessed to be adopted by a couple of guys in a fraternity on Long Island, and they gave him a forever home. Most recently, I rescued and raised an orphaned Western Grey Squirrel. I got to play mama to this woodland creature for almost a year, before releasing her back into the wild as a fully self-sufficient adult. I also had Chinchillas for a short time. I genuinely enjoy the company of all furry and feathered friends. Animals of all kind are welcome in my home.

I have known Nikki for my entire life, and ever since I have known her she has had a tremendous love for animals. She has always had a unique gift of being able to form a special bond with all types of animals, as if she truly befriends them. Nikki's has had pets of all kinds over the years, including dogs; All have been treated as her children, and clearly brought her immense joy. Any dog owner would be lucky to have her as a dog walker or care taker for their furry friend!
