I have been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember - whether they were my own, my family's or friend's pets. I have been trusted many times by friends and family to house sit their furbabies and cared for dogs, cats and hedgehogs. I also used to work as a receptionist at a vet clinic so was exposed to all sorts of cute furry friends and have seen a great variety of behaviours and personalities. At home I have a little velcro void named Pippin and a shadow tabby named Totoro - two rescue boys. My two soul babies Rogue (grey tabby) and Arwen (Shepherd x Akita) were both rescues as well that put up strong fights against cancer in 2021 and 2024, respectively. All furbabies give us so much unconditional love and patience, it's an honour to return the favour to any pet I come across.

I have a vehicle of my own that can withstand all the dog hair imaginable and am willing to drive to house sit or for park visits.

Nikki was absolutely wonderful with my kitty! She took such great care of her, making sure she was fed, played with, and received all of her medications. I especially appreciated how attentive and gentle she was, and how she kept me updated every day with pictures. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my kitty was in such caring hands while I was away. Nikki was reliable, kind, and truly went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and trustworthy pet sitter!
I was skeptical using Rover. Interviewed a few sitters and I instantly connected with Nikki. I could see how gentle she was around Thor. I could tell she was experienced with animals and she has two cats also.Nikki also came back to my house once more so I could show her exactly where everything was before going on my trip. Well I just got back from my trip being away for a week. Nikki was responsible and on time every day. The house was clean. She spent over an hr playing with Thor in the morning and at night. I would highly recommend Nikki. if your looking for a pet sitter. Nikki is wonderful and just lovely💕 🫶 💕

Schedule
I can do early morning and evening walks/runs on weekdays and most weekends as well. Special requests accepted for house visits depending on the distance. While spending time with your pets I will follow all instructions provided and keep in communication with you while making sure your pets feel happy, safe and secure.
