Since I only cat sit. It’s truly the preference of the owner. I really like to play/ interact with the cats . However, if your cat is timid or scared- I’ll feed, water & clean litter box then try to keep distance from the cat if that makes the comfortable.

A typical day
Depends on your pets preference- if they’re timid I will do my best to be a companion whilst also giving space. If your cat is playful/ social- I sit in the floor with them and play with their toys- whether it’s a laser, teaser or their favorite catnip toy.

Pet care experience
Growing up we always had dogs - Minpin, labs & weenie dogs. Over the years, friends and family have trusted me to sit for their animals- whether it’s to feed, go on walks, and my favorite- snuggles . Unlike My sister, a dog rescue volunteer… I’ve found myself drawn to cats- I have 3 of my own Blaze, Maze & Luda (I know, I know- crazy cat lady). I love them…. Most days ;)
