Here are a few things I’d appreciate knowing: Dietary Needs & Restrictions: Does your dog have any food allergies, sensitivities, or specific dietary restrictions? I want to make sure I’m giving them treats and snacks that are safe and aligned with their needs, so let me know what they can and can’t have! Toys & Treats: What’s your dog’s favorite toy? Do they have a special snack they can’t resist? Whether it’s a squeaky ball or a specific treat, knowing what makes them happy will help me spoil them just right! Personality & Quirks: Every dog is unique, so I want to know about any little quirks or behaviors. Is your dog a velcro pup who follows you everywhere, or do they prefer their personal space? Maybe they have a not-so-secret vendetta against Yorkies or they tend to chase after kids on scooters? Let me know if there’s anything that might surprise me so I can be fully prepared. Training Goals: If you have any specific training goals, let me know! I’m always happy to work on any behavior challenges, whether it’s building confidence, reinforcing commands, or just helping your dog become the best walking companion. If there's something you’ve been wanting to work on, we can tackle it together. In-Person Meeting: I always do an in-person meet-and-greet before confirming any booking. It gives us a chance to chat about everything, allows me to meet you and your dog, and makes sure we're all on the same page. It’s also my way of making sure I’m the right fit for your pet. If I don’t feel I can meet your dog’s needs to your standards, I’ll be upfront and let you know. The goal is to always provide the best care possible! Days can be pre-planned with owners, or I can take your pups to my favorite spots! Every day with your dog is a balanced mix of fun, training, and relaxation. As a professional dog trainer with years of experience, I focus on providing your pet with not only physical exercise but also mental stimulation and positive reinforcement. Training & Enrichment: After walks, we’ll focus on reinforcing good behavior and mental enrichment—whether that’s practicing commands, learning new skills, or simply engaging your dog’s brain with fun activities. I believe in creating a well-rounded routine to keep them both physically and mentally happy. Playtime & Socialization: Your dog will also get plenty of playtime, whether it’s fetch, tug-of-war, or outdoor exploration. While I avoid dog parks for safety reasons (and frankly my sanity), I can take your dog on public outings or organize controlled playdates with known dogs to give them a safe, enjoyable experience. Special Treats: I’ll make sure your dog enjoys something yummy during the day, tailored to their dietary needs and restrictions. Whether it’s a special snack or an allergy-friendly pup cup, I’ll ensure they get a safe and delicious treat to brighten their day. Relaxation: After all the fun and learning, your dog will have time to unwind, whether that’s resting or cuddling up in their favorite spot. Depending on your dogs comfort with other animals, other people, and other important factors - I will make sure to take your pup to the best place for them. We all have our quirks I don't judge, even if they only will go #2 in that one mulch bed two miles away.
