Nikki did an amazing job watching our dogs. Would absolutely have her back to watch them again. She provided great updates, is responsive and reliable.
Nikki did a fabulous job taking care of Jax. I would use her again. She kept me up to date on his visit. Jax got plenty of walks and playtime. When he was picked up he was happy and playful.
Nikki was just simply the best! She was incredibly attentive, gave frequent updates and pictures (awesome pictures), and checked in often which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We never once worried about our dogs or our home. She kept everything clean and tidy, and truly went above and beyond in every way. One of our dogs is very shy around new people, and she was so patient and kind that he completely warmed up to her. It was clear she genuinely cared for them like they were her own. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring pet sitter!
Nikki was so incredible with our 9.5 year old dachshund and 7 month old Maltipoo; the pups were so well cared for and we received so many lovely updates and photos! We came back to a clean home and very happy doggos! Huge sigh of relief!
Wow! Nikki was a fantastic dog-sitter! She took my pup on long walks, on a field trip to the James River, and sent lots of photos and updates. Nikki was very thorough and organized in her pre-stay preparation and I felt very safe leaving my baby with her. She even helped me navigate a cost question with the Rover team. I will definitely use Nikki again.
Nothing compares to the peace of mind we have when Charlie is with Nikki. She is amazing when it comes to understanding what he needs, and making sure he is comfortable throughout the entire stay. We get tons of updates and a happy dog in the end.

Schedule
I work a few short shifts nearby and can be in and out on the weekends/evenings - never too far away. I typically offer 3-4 walks a day based on weather and energy levels.

Safety, trust & environment
There are ample walking trails and a large park near my home where your pup has the space to explore, always on-leash. I have a nice balcony to sit outside during the day, and well behaved pups are allowed to snuggle on the couch and bed.
A typical day
I love playing with toys - be it fetch or tug or squeaky fun time. If your pup is more of a chill variety there will be lots of belly rubs in their future!
