I’ve grown up around dogs and have years of experience caring for them. My 5-year-old Border Collie, Bowie won’t be there when I take care of your furry kids. I’m sitting while she’s away, she splits her time between two homes, so she’s with me for around half of the year. When she’s at her other home, I love looking after other dogs and having the company. I’m very active and live right by the beach, so dogs staying with me get plenty of outdoor time. I’m happy to take active dogs running with me, as well as for long walks, beach time and plenty of play. Having a Border Collie means I’m also very used to high-energy dogs and keeping them mentally stimulated. Of course, I’ll always follow your dog’s normal routine and activity level — whether they’re a little athlete or would rather have a chilled walk and a cuddle. 🐶

Schedule
I work from home, so I’m around most of the day and your dog will have plenty of company. We usually start the day with a good walk, and if your dog enjoys running, they’re very welcome to join me on my runs too! My main time out of the house is going to the gym, usually around two hours, but your dog would rarely be left alone for more than three hours.

I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable leaving your dog with someone, so I’ll always follow their normal routine, feeding schedule, walking habits and any specific instructions you give me. I’m experienced with dogs and very attentive to their behaviour, energy levels and individual needs. I’ll never force activities they’re not comfortable with, whether that’s running, socialising with other dogs or being in busy public spaces. I’m also happy to send regular photos and updates so you know exactly how they’re doing. Most importantly, when a dog is staying with me, they’re treated like part of the home rather than just a dog I’m looking after.
