I am currently working in a hybrid environment and will be home most of the days. My husband helps me take care of the pets and he is also working from home. Either of us will always be at home to take of the pets.

We stay in an apartment with a balcony. The pet will stay indoors all the time with us and will be let out in the balcony for few minutes under proper supervision. They will be taken out for walks frequently.

I would like to be informed about food allergies, any medical administration required and their aggressiveness and who well they would get along with other dogs when I take them to common places for walks and playing.
A typical day
I love spending time with pets (cats and dogs), take them for a walk and giving them physical activities in form of run and chase and ball fetch and I also try to train them with few basic behavior and tricks.

Pet care experience
Hello all! I come from a household that always had pets at every point of time - cats, dogs and cows!! I grew up with them and have learnt to love and care for them from a very young age. I started volunteering at the age of 14 at a local shelter back in India and helped with finding homes for many stray pups through adoption camps. I am also known as the cat woman. I am always contacted whenever there are any adandoned kittens. I have taken care of rescued new born kittens by bottle feeding them with milk formulas and stimulating them to have proper bowel movements. I own an Indian hound and 2 cats back in India. Our house has always been known for having pets and we frequently feed other dogs on the streets as well as be responsible in taking them for timely neutering/spaying. We also adopted an elderly adandoned Labrador few years back and he spent his last days happily with us. Through Rover, I am looking forward to take care and interact with as many pets as possible until I am finally able to have one of my own here in Canada!

Nikaythana took amazing care of my dog Stevie! I had reached out to her for a last minute request and ended up having to pick Stevie up later than I thought, and she was very accommodating of both.
