Highlights
Pet care experience
Love, care, dedication
I have been a foster for assistance dog training programs in both Ontario and BC for over six years (PADS, Lions Foundation Dog Guides). My dogs have become assistance dogs for the deaf, underprivileged, and others. I have several years of training with these programs, which has educated me on providing exceptional care. Most importantly, I offer a home with gentle energy that allows dogs to feel comfortable and secure. I currently foster a very cute two year old Labrador.

Ratings and reviews
Nigel has been walking my dog regularly for about 5 months now and has always been very reliable and great with my dog. I would recommend him to anyone looking for dog watching services!
Nigel saved the day when he accepted a same-day request after another sitter canceled and almost made me miss my flight to Victoria. He was wonderful with Gracie and sent updates and photos every day. I could see from the photos that Gracie was happy and felt safe, and I had absolutely no worries during the entire time I was away. It was also a bonus that Gracie got to hang out with Petrie, Nigel's Golden Retriever. Nigel is at the top of my list for future bookings.
We were so happy to have found Nigel! Teddy had a wonderful time playing and was very well cared for. He looked as though he would have happily stayed even longer! Thank you so much, Nigel!
Nigel was punctual, provided a good, healthy walk and photos. Terrific!
Super knowledgeable and great with our 1 year old lab!
Nigel was absolutely wonderful with Odin! He was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making Odin feel comfortable. He really went above and beyond, and it was clear he treated Odin like one of his own. Odin is a very shy dog and can be slow to warm up to new people, but he took to Nigel right away, which says a lot. Knowing Odin was in such caring hands gave me so much peace of mind. I couldn't recommend Nigel more highly and will definitely be booking with him again. Thank you for taking such great care of my boy!
