I love playing ball and engaging dogs with toys, ensuring they get both physical exercise and mental stimulation. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds, including those who may be reactive or have special needs. Having owned a Border Staffie cross and a Parson Russell Staffie cross—one of whom was reactive—I understand how to read a dog's body language and provide a calm, structured environment. I’ve also cared for friends’ dogs with challenging behaviours, so I’m happy to accommodate dogs who need a little extra patience and understanding. Whether your dog loves social walks in Heaton Park, prefers a quiet stroll on a long lead around Prestwich, or would enjoy an adventure in a secure dog agility field, I’ll tailor their experience to their needs. If they just want to curl up by the fire, that’s fine too—I want them to feel at home. I live alone in a pet- and child-free house, ensuring a quiet and stress-free stay. As a keen runner, I’m more than happy to take high-energy dogs on longer runs—or just let them enjoy a cosy, relaxed stay if that’s more their style.
