Hi there! I exclusively care for cats on rover, but have had experiences caring for both cats and dogs. I currently have two kitties of my own. I’m very comfortable caring for cats of all needs and can administer medications if needed. I’m also certified in Cat & Dog First Aid through the American Red Cross. As an anxious pet parent myself, I know how hard it can be to leave your babies at home, then having to find someone you can trust who's going to love them and care for them as well as you do. That's why I will be as loving and caring for your pets as I do with my own, plus you'll get a bunch of photos of them!

Schedule
I work remotely most days, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m happy to accommodate last-minute booking requests, and I don't charge cancellation fees because I understand that travel plans can change and unpredictable things happen (and I will not be adding to your stress levels!)

Safety, trust & environment
I take the time to get to know your cat's personality and preferences, and happy to follow specific care and schedule like feeding, medication, and playtime. I like to keep things calm and familiar for them. Cats are really highly perceptive of smells, which can trigger their anxieties. That’s generally why I don’t take on dogs or use scented things while I cat sit for you.
Pets
A typical day
I make sure to include some interactive play depending on your cat’s personality and energy level eg, chasing a feather wand or pouncing on a laser pointer. For more shy kitties, I offer gentle petting, brushing, or I simply sit nearby to provide company. I make sure to send lots and lots of photos so you can see your cats during mealtime, playtime, and nap time, which hopefully helps you feel more at ease. I make sure that all the trash is taken out with me each visit, and I’m also happy to help with extra tasks like watering plants, picking up mail, and packages.
