On a daily basis I take care of cats so I am used to the routine morning and night time feeds! I am available from 12-1pm and 5-9pm (Monday through Friday) and available on most weekends with advanced notice for care.

My cats normally roam free in the house, but I ensure that no food, plants, or other items are left out that could be detrimental to their well being. As far as dogs go, I am experienced in utilizing puppy gates and crates to ensure animals stay safe and are in the correct environment. When I need to take dogs for a walk I ensure the pavement is not too hot for them to walk on, while also taking heat and humidity into account. This will vary the length of the walk depending on your pets physical condition/limitations and age. In addition, when letting dogs into a fenced yard, I ensure the gates are secure prior to letting them roam! Pet safety is a top concern for me at all times.

A typical day
I love to play with animals in any capacity, (outside, inside, with toys etc.) to ensure they are being physically and mentally stimulated. I am a former DI collegiate athlete, so making sure your animal gets enough exercise will be no problem with me!

Hi, I’m Nikki. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and will treat your pet like family, you’ve come to the right place. I take pride in caring for others animals like they’re my own as I’d hope someone would do the same for my fur babies if I ever needed it. I’m an experienced pet parent (15+ years) and animal care taker as I’ve been entrusted many times to take care of friends and family members animals while they are at work or away. I’m experienced with puppies, kittens, geriatric animals and everything in between. Nicolette was beyond great with our dog Ollie. She took Ollie for walks and played ball with him in the backyard, and sent many photos during the time we were away. From the first meet and greet it was clear that Ollie loved Nicolette, and I think the feeling was mutual. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Nicolette!
Nikki is an amazing sitter. She dotes on my dogs and takes great care of my home when we're away. She can handle all 3 of my dogs - the high energy pittie to the very senior Husky.
Nikki is so awesome! She took very good care of our 2 pups while we were away. She is very communicative and sends lots of updates and pictures which was much appreciated! She is very thoughtful and our dogs love her! Definitely recommend Nikki!
