A typical day
A Typical Day With Me Each visit is tailored to your cat’s personality. If they’re playful, we’ll enjoy toys and enrichment. If they prefer cuddles, I’m always happy to give lots of affection. And for independent or shy cats, I provide calm, gentle company at their pace. I always refresh food and water, clean the litter box, and do a quick safety check so your home and pet stay comfortable. My goal is to keep your kitty happy, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away.

Hi! I’m Nicole — a lifelong animal lover with 7 years of hands-on cat and dog care experience. My animal care journey began in 2019 when I worked for Woods Humane Society in San Luis Obispo as a Humane Education Ambassador, teaching kids all about shelter pets. I loved it so much that I joined their summer camp team and later became part of their foster program. Since then, I’ve fostered both kittens and dogs from multiple shelters and gained extensive experience with shy, playful, senior, and special-needs cats. I started pet sitting on Rover in August 2020 and absolutely loved caring for so many furry friends. After a career change, I took a short break — but I’m excited to be back! While I’m not quite ready to adopt a pet of my own, spending time with yours is the next best thing. Right now, my schedule is perfect for 30-minute drop-in visits — an ideal fit for cats who need feeding, litter box care, playtime, and company. Whether your kitty is independent, cuddly, or a little quirky, I’m patient, reliable, and committed to making them feel safe and happy. Looking forward to meeting your feline family member! 😺💛
