Nicole was absolutely fabulous with our cat, Penny! She was prompt, dependable, and clearly takes great pride in her work. Everything was left clean and tidy, and her consistent communication gave us such peace of mind while we were away. One of our favorite parts was receiving the photos and videos of Penny—they made our whole family so happy to see her looking comfortable, happy, and so well cared for. It was clear that Nicole genuinely cared about Penny and went above and beyond to make sure she was in great hands. I am a college student, therefore, I have the summers off. My schedule is flexible, and I am available full-time. I can stop by when needed.
