I don't have breed preferences, I love all types of animals! I have made the mistake of not asking questions like -Has this dog ever experienced being away from you for an extended period of time (separation anxiety is real and preparations should be made just in case)? Is the dog spayed or neutered? Are there any behavioral issues I should be aware of? I understand that unexpected things can happen, and I'm okay with going above and beyond to take care of issues, but the more prepared I am the better care I can provide and the happier all involved will be. Anything that may affect how much time I need to dedicate to caring for your pet and/or that may include tasks well beyond reasonable expectation would be helpful to know in advance so we can all be prepared and well taken care of.

From my experience every dog is different. Some dogs love playing fetch in the yard, some love long walks in the neighborhood or on local trails, some would rather play tug-of-war in the living room, and some all of the above! I want to provide activities that are personalized to the pets I care for. I personally love walks and snuggles! And if you couldn't tell from my photos, I absolutely adore cats.
