Nicole can care for
Availability
This summer, I’ll be interning at Mystic Aquarium, so I’ll mostly be busy during the day. Pet care still fits well into my routine because I’m available in the mornings before work and in the evenings after work. I’m happy to help with morning walks, feeding, check-ins, evening walks, playtime, and making sure your pet gets attention and care before and after my internship hours.

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure all of the basic necessities are taken care of, including feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, and sticking as closely as possible to the pet’s normal routine. I also give them lots of attention, love, and playtime so they feel comfortable and cared for while their owner is away. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure everything is cleaned up after each visit, including food areas, accidents, litter boxes if needed, and any toys or supplies used. I also pay attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level, whether they are energetic and playful or more shy and relaxed. My goal is to keep them safe, happy, and loved while giving owners peace of mind.
Information Nicole V. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know ahead of time if your pet has any special needs, routines, or specific behaviors that are important for me to be aware of. For example, I’d want to know if they are friendly with other dogs, cats, or children, if they are nervous around new people, or if they are scared of certain things like loud noises, storms, bikes, or cars. It’s also helpful to know about feeding instructions, medications, allergies, leash behavior, potty habits, and any house rules you want me to follow. The more I know about your pet’s personality and routine, the better I can keep them safe, comfortable, and happy while they’re in my care.
A typical day
For fun activities, I love going on walks, playing outside, and making sure pets get plenty of attention and enrichment. I walk my dog, Buoy, every morning, so I’m very used to keeping dogs active and on a routine. He also loves balls, so I spend time throwing the ball for him in the yard until he’s tired and happy. Depending on the pet’s personality and energy level, I can do walks, fetch, tug-of-war, playtime with toys, cuddles, or just calm companionship. I’ll make sure each pet gets the kind of activity they enjoy while keeping them safe and comfortable.

Pets
Hi I am Nicole and I love animals!
Pet care experience
What sets me apart is my lifelong love for animals and my hands-on experience caring for many different species. Along with caring for dogs and cats, I also have experience training and taking care of exotic animals like seals and sea lions, which has taught me patience, strong observation skills, and the importance of positive reinforcement. I’m comfortable working with pets of different ages, personalities, and energy levels, whether that means helping keep a puppy on a routine, giving extra patience to a shy pet, or making sure a senior pet feels safe and comfortable. I’m reliable, attentive, and will treat your pet like they’re my own
Reviews

Reliable, thoughtful and sent picture updates. I Was able to relax during my time away knowing my dog was under Nicole's loving care.
Nicole is Avery sweet young lady. My dogs loved her and I was happy to leave them in her care.
Nicole cared for our dog while we were away. She walked her every day, fed her, played ball with her in the backyard and gave her special attention. She showed up on time, was respectful of our home and also made daily contact with us on how things were going by sending texts and pictures. I recommend her as a sitter and dog walker. Will use again!!
Nicole is the pet parent of her best friend, a Border Collie named Buoy and a cat named Gray. She has been raised with always having pets in the home and is a lover of all animals. She would give any pet the love and care they deserve. Having a Border Collie, she knows the importance of exercising, training and giving attention to a dog.
