We had a wonderful experience with Nicole as our house and pet sitter, and we highly recommend her! We have one elderly dog and an oddball kitten, both of whom require lots of attention. Our trip was 10 days long and international, so we were understandably nervous about leaving them. However, after a meet-and-greet with Nicole in our home, we immediately felt confident they would be in great hands and asked her to sit for us on the spot. Nicole put us at ease by asking thoughtful questions—many covering things we had planned to mention, as well as important details we hadn’t even considered. As a person, she clearly loves and understands animals—their needs, behavior, and unique personalities. As a professional, she is thoughtful, responsible, kind, and responsive (even with a 7-hour international time difference!). We received multiple photos and updates each day, and it was clear from our pets’ normal playful behavior that they felt comfortable with her very quickly. We returned home from our long trip to a clean house, happy and healthy pets, and even two houseplants resurrected (by Nicole!). We would definitely book Nicole as a house and pet sitter again!
Nicole was simply fantastic with my Yorkie, so much so that Poppy was rather in different to me when I got back! Hahaha. Nicole asked me for specifics about Poppy and my household schedule. She followed my directions to the letter. Her communications to me were prompt and frequent. I could not give a higher recommendation.
Nicole is one of the most responsible and genuinely caring people I know. She is attentive, patient, and truly loves animals. She pays close attention to details, follows instructions carefully, and makes sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Any pet in her care will be treated like family, and I would trust her completely with mine.
Nicole ia extremely reaponsanle taking care of animals. Shes has birds cats and gerbils and they are all thriving. She spends a lot of time with each one and cares more than most.
Nicole is very responsible, caring, loving and she is so amazing with animals. I highly recommend Nicole. she would be the best pet sitter/walker. All animals love her as well and she is really good at caring for animals.
