A typical day
With every pet I watch, I love incorporating activities that keep them happy, engaged, and feeling at home. Some favorite activities include: • Adventure Walks: Exploring new paths, parks, and trails to keep walks exciting and give pets new sights and smells. • Playtime & Fetch: Whether it’s tossing a favorite ball or tugging on a rope toy, I make sure dogs get plenty of play to burn off energy. • Mental Stimulation Games: Using puzzle toys, treat-dispensing toys, and interactive games like hide-and-seek helps stimulate their minds and keep them entertained. • Cuddle Time: For pets who love affection, I make sure there’s plenty of cozy time to make them feel safe and loved. • Trick Training: With treats on hand, I work on basic tricks or commands to keep their minds active, especially for young or highly energetic dogs. • Special Treats & Chews: I provide safe, owner-approved treats and chews for dogs to enjoy during downtime. These activities help ensure every pet has a fun, safe, and enriching experience while they’re in my care!
