Nicole was amazing. Her beautiful home and family kept watch of my senior toy pom as we had to leave for 3 weeks last moment due to a funeral. She was very fast with responding, welcoming and answered all questions to put our minds at ease. It is also very apparent she took great care and loved for our dog when we couldn’t. Will 100% rebook if anything comes up again
This was our first time using Rover and the entire process was very smooth. Nicole was responsive, a great communicator and excellent with our dog. Our two pups got along straight away. Her house was clean and safe and they were very welcoming of our dog. She was accommodating of our needs. She sent photos and provided updates while we were away. I highly recommend booking Nicole. We’ve already booked her for our next holiday.
