I’ve always been a lover of animals and have over 16 years of pet care experience. I grew up with two sweet little dogs and last year I adopted a cat named Nila who I love very much. Aside from my own, I have cared for many dogs and cats, along with chickens, rodents, and reptiles. I also volunteered at a cat shelter for a couple years where I socialized shy cats and cleaned their rooms. I'm that person who finds the pets at any social gathering. I have cared for animals with trauma from past abuse. I've cared for blind and deaf animals. I've injected medication for dogs and cats with diabetes, and administered oral medication for other conditions. I've cared for pets after surgery. I've taken care of animals of various ages, sizes, and personalities. I cater my services to the individual animal(s) and follow specific instructions for their care. I understand how scary it can feel to trust someone with your sweeties. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have!

Schedule
I currently have a very flexible schedule and reliable transportation that allows me to check on your pets at whatever time works best for you and them. I have my own cat and live with another, so pet care is a daily part of my life.

Safety, trust & environment
Pets in my care receive all the attention and love they could possibly want! I respect animals' boundaries and understand that trust takes time to build. I would like to know ahead of time if they have any stressors I should be aware of. I'd ensure that any spaces where your pet(s) eat, sleep, and use the bathroom are kept clean.

A typical day
Depending on their preferences and energy level, I'm happy to play with your pet(s) or hang out with them on the couch. Some pets get more anxious than others when separated from their family, so my goal is to keep them as calm and entertained as possible while you're away. I'm sure you give them the best scratches, but I'm ready to compete for second best!
