This is our first time using Rover.com. We were in a last minute crunch and needed a puppy sitter. Nicole came through for us at the last minute and did an amazing job! She is the best, she was on time and, she went above and beyond to care for our sweet puppy Leah. I highly recommend her!!

Nicole is an absolute gem! She recently took care of my three cats for a week while we were away, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was their first time staying in our new house for an extended period, and I was a little worried about how they’d adjust—but Nicole handled everything perfectly. From the moment we connected, she made me feel completely at ease. Her kindness, attentiveness, and clear love for animals reassured me that my cats were in the best hands. She also dealt with a variety of personalities—one of my cats is very high-strung and not the easiest to get along with at first, but she was incredibly patient with him. She took the time to earn his trust, and by the end of the week, he had completely warmed up to her. That alone speaks volumes about her care and dedication! On top of that, Nicole sent regular photo updates of my cats, which put my mind at ease and made me feel connected to them even while I was away. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made a difference. Not only did she follow all instructions to a T, but she also went above and beyond to keep them happy and stress-free. I came home to three very content kitties and a clean litter box . If I ever need to leave on a trip again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book Nicole—she’s simply amazing!

Nicole stepped in with no hesitation when another sitter had to leave two days into a five day stay. She made the transition very smooth and honestly turned a terrible situation into a minor adjustment, which allowed my family to enjoy our vacation. I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism, for going the extra mile for my pups and for taking excellent care of my home!! I would definitely recommend and book her again!

My wife and I can't speak more highly of Nicole. We have employed her to drop-in during the day to check on our pets, to house/pet sit for days at a time, reach out on the spur of the moment because circumstances kept us away from the house. She has always treated our pets and our property with the utmost respect.

Nicole has been so wonderful with our dogs. When she can she does overnights and spends the night at our house where she knows the dogs would feel more comfortable in their own environment! She is a hard worker and loves all animals!

Nicole has been our most trusted pet sitter for years. She takes care of our pets in our home so they do not have to experience the inconvenience or boarding. She has experience with dogs, cats, fish, birds and a bearded dragon. She treats them as if they were her own. I would highly recommend Nicole as a pet sitter.
