Hello there! It's nice to meet you :) We're Nicole and Evie: two artistic, animal-loving folks who both work from home here to dedicate ourselves to caring for your pet! We have two dogs (though they're both crate trained and we'll make sure to give your pet all the individual attention they may need) and experience walking, training, and caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes. We have a fenced in back yard and live very close to Astoria park as well as a dog park! We have experience with nervous rescues and reactive dogs, as well as working breeds (we have a dutch shepherd and Nicole competes in dog sports) We also have experience with exotic animals. If you have any exotic pets including small mammals, reptiles, or amphibians, contact us for special rates! We're also pretty good at taking pet pics, so feel free to request photos during your booking.

Nicole was so great! I got a last minute filming gig that lasted a full 12 hours. I felt so at ease knowing that Gryffin was well taken care of. I love that she has bunnies (as do I) and has a pup of her own that Gryffin could play with. She updated my worry-wart self frequently and sent me gorgeous photos of my boy having a good time. Absolutely recommend her and will be using her again in the future! Thank you so much!!
Nicole was great with Moose! It seemed like he had lots of fun and he came home ready to go to sleep.
Nicole was awesome! She took really good care of Nova including some exercise and games of fetch at the nearby dog park. Nova was in good spirits when we picked her up, pooped from a day of fun. Would definitely recommend Nicole. She was very flexible, quick to respond, and super sweet. She’s got some amazing photography skills and we even received professional photos of Nova throughout the day as an added bonus.
Nicole is great with animals. She is very patient and will go above and beyond for every animal in her care. She is well versed in dog training as well as exotic animal care! Nicole is also experienced working with rescue animals and has the patience to deal with all of their quirks and special needs.

Schedule
We both work from home, Nicole full time and Evie with a flexible schedule. We can drive to pick up/drop off dogs before or after working hours. I have a car and for an added fee, I can pick up/drop off anywhere within NYC. Guest dogs will get at least 2 walks per day and plenty of individual play time. If guest dogs are friendly with other dogs and a good match, they can also play with my two dogs. On weekends Nicole goes to train her dogs at a dog sports club- your pup is welcome to come along just to enjoy the field and get some play time in, or stay home with Evie if they're more of a couch potato.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs can be kept separate from my pets if needed, or allowed to play together if they are a good match. We have several dog beds, crates, and places to rest around the two bedroom apartment. Water is always available, but dogs are fed at meal times separately so everyone feels safe to eat. Guest dogs are treated like our own- lots of individual attention, play, and whatever they need to feel happy and safe. We can share daily updates and photos to keep you in the loop on your dog's stay.

A typical day
We are able to provide at least 2 walks and additional play-exercise each day- we have a fenced in backyard and love spending time outside. We also live right near Astoria Park! If the weather is nice, expect plenty of outside time! We love playing with client dogs and giving them individual attention and taking lots of photos.
