Nicole is amazing! She helped take care of my bengals while I was out of the country. One of the bengals required oral medication, prescription food, and subcutaneous fluids, which Nicole administered flawlessly daily. She kept the cats water, foods, and litter topped off and even went over and beyond cleaning up after them so everything was clean when I arrived home. She did an amazing job and I would absolutely recommend her to everyone!

Unreliable and cavalier about responsibilities. I hired Nicole for three 30 minute drop in visits to care for my four cats. The first visit she spent just 10 minutes at my place and gave the excuse that she had to get home to care for her own pets because her boyfriend had to go to work. The 2nd visit she never saw or checked on the well-being of two of my cats that I had warned tend to get themselves stuck in places and are the most mischievous. She claimed that they were fine even though she had no clue. The last day she gave me no report, just sent pictures and when I returned home I found that the cats had no water. They have a water fountain that I asked Nicole to top off each day with filtered water that I left on the counter in a jug. I found the jug still full, the fountain empty, and the motor still running. She did scoop the litter and fill the food bowls. I guess I should be grateful for that. There are plenty of good sitters on Rover. This one not so much.
