This was my first time using Rover, and I was initially hesitant to leave my PooBear with a stranger. However, I decided to take a chance last minute. I met Nicole, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my schedule request. She made the arrangement mutually beneficial and kept me updated on my PooBear’s wellbeing. We even met up the day before for her to meet Chewbacca. Everything went smoothly. If I ever need someone to watch Chewbacca again and she’s available, I’ll definitely go to her. Nicole is such a sweet and caring person, and is very responsible. She loves our pup well and is an excellent communicator; I would trust Nicole with any pet! In addition, she is very clean and organized, and I have no doubt would leave your home better than she found it when house sitting!
