Your dog’s BIGGEST fan!
I am a huge dog lover and always want a dog with me. Not having a dog myself, I am not only the go to dog sitter for all of my friends, but also ask (maybe beg) for them to let their dogs come over or let me take them on walks, even when they don’t need the help. I’ve dog sat for all sorts of breeds (some are pictured), from beagles, daschunds, cattle dogs, doodles, labs, and Bernese mountain dogs to huskeys, pit bulls, staffies, German shepherds, and more. I’ve also lived with my former roommates Australian shepherd and (gladly) stay with my family’s mixed-breed dogs any time I go home. I don’t have many posed pictures with the dogs Im regularly around (I’m too in the moment when I’m with them), but I included some fun Kodak moments I’ve taken when dog sitting.
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to stay at the owners home if watching dogs for an extended period, especially for bigger dogs, as I have a small apartment. However, I would be willing to keep your dog at my apartment if they are small/medium, fully potty trained, and don’t shed (I can be flexible on this depending on the breed). If your dog does stay with me, my apartment has a dog park right behind it I can take them to and I live in a very walkable neighborhood.

Nicole is amazing! Very punctual, communicates well, and was so good with our dog- we can tell he’s so happy she came to play with him today and it was incredibly helpful as we were out of the house longer than expected. We look forward to having her help out more in the future & are so grateful we found her!
I was very flexible with this sitter’s schedule, adjusting mine to accommodate hers and even paying for a simple meet-and-greet walk instead of doing it unpaid. I said hey a short 20-min walk was plenty even though I’d pay for a half hour and she took that and made it just under 15min, although the app logged it longer since she clocked the trip before she even left the house. On top of that, the interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, as if we were an inconvenience which felt rude because I had tried to be really easy going. I had planned on booking with this sitter with some regularity but it was very transactional for someone you’re gonna let in your place and trust your dog with when you’re not home so this was just a disappointment. Would not rebook.

Schedule
I work remotely (except for a couple Tuesdays/Thursdays month) and go on plenty of walks throughout the day and would love to add a neighborhood dog to be my walking buddy for people who can’t be home during the day. I’m also happy to spend a couple days with your dog if you have a trip. I’m usually here over most holidays as well!
