For drop-in visits with cats, I start by refreshing their food and water, cleaning the litter box, and making sure they’re comfortable. If they’re social, I’ll engage them with playtime, pets, or brushing—whatever they enjoy most. If they prefer their space, I’ll respect that too while keeping an eye on their well-being.
