I currently work four days a week with Mondays and weekends off and would be available Thursday and Friday evenings. I work very close to my home and fortunately am able to stop at home on my lunch breaks to check on the pups.

I have a fenced in backyard and two large breed pups. They pretty much run the house, just without paying the mortgage. Both of my pups are crated at night and when I’m away from home. I prefer dogs to be crate trained when staying in my home for safety purposes. I do have one cat who tolerates the dogs but guest dogs absolutely have to be cat friendly.

A typical day
I love to go on walks and runs. It’s even better with a dog. I enjoy playing fetch with guest dogs but if they aren’t feeling it I’m also pretty good at retrieving the ball myself.

Pet care experience
I grew up taking care of the family dog and quickly learned the responsibility it’s takes to love and care for an animal. I’ve always been an animal lover and had lots of pets growing up. I am able to provide daily exercise and care for senior pets. One of my pups needs daily meds so I like to say I’ve mastered pill administration although it can be a battle.
