One of the most important things to me is establishing a welcoming environment. I always want to make sure the animal is comfortable with me. I like to introduce myself and slowly build up confidence with the animal.

This was our first experlience with Nicole, and we were impressed. She has a strong educational background and obviously loves animals, but she's also good with people. We definity would recommend her!
